Agility & Obedience

Read about each Trainer under “Meet the Trainers.” A listing of email addresses is under “Contact Us.”

We believe the performance of a herding dog is enhanced if involved in more than one sport. With this in mind, Brigand’s HideOut also provides classes and activities for other canine performance sports such as obedience and agility.

WANT TO PRACTICE agility or obedience?

  • To use the Ag Bldg to practice agility or obedience, you must be at a skill level for competition.
  • Practice times are shared. If you need the building to yourself you need to rent the building.
  • Practice sessions are limited to 30 minutes for each dog.
  • Obedience/agility practice is available (after approval) throughout the day unless the facility is closed or there are classes/lessons
  • You need to contact Nancy (nancy@BrigandsHideOut.com) to receive approval to use the Ag Bldg for obedience or agility practice.

AGILITY– There are both beginning and intermediate/advance level agility classes available (six week sessions). There are classes during the day as well as in the evenings.

To sign up for an agility class, check on the calendar for class times and then contact the trainer directly (Chris Primmer or Karin Haderly or Amber Hatchell)

OBEDIENCE – There are basic and competitive obedience classes as well as rally obedience classes during the evenings and during the day. Limited class size – sign up early! Contact Chris Primmer – jcdoghouse@aol.com
